Location : Des Plaines, IL

Pay : $20 per hour

Schedule : 10 : 00 AM - 6 : 30 PM | Monday - Friday

Training will take place for 2 - 3 weeks from 4 : 30 AM - 1 : 00 PM

What You'll Do

Dispatch drivers for U.S. domestic shipment pick-ups and deliveries. Data entry and customer service support. Notify drivers of pick-up and delivery assignments. Communicate with drivers and internal staff on shipments. Provide email communication to internal and external customers.

What You Bring :

• 1 year of previous dispatch experience (local trucking / logistics)
• Strong typing skills and Outlook & Excel
• Must be able to type 45 to 50 WPM
• Possess a strong working knowledge of Chicago's geographic layout to effectively dispatch drivers
• Must be able to communicate in English, reading, writing, and verbally
