Entry-Level Assembler

As an Entry-Level Assembler, your responsibilities will include :
- Preparing for assembly by reviewing instructions, blueprints, and parts lists, while gathering necessary materials and tools.
- Positioning parts and subassemblies accurately using templates and measurements.
- Assembling components, ensuring proper fit, and securely fastening parts.
- Assisting in building prototypes and engaging in basic assembly projects beyond standard production as required.
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by adhering to established procedures and regulations.
- Utilizing resources efficiently to meet job requirements and conserve materials.
- Supporting team efforts by mentoring others in basic assembly techniques when necessary.
- Inspecting your work to guarantee quality standards are met before passing to the next stage.
- Documenting production and quality metrics accurately.
We are seeking a candidate who :
Possesses a High School diploma, GED, or a combination of relevant experience and skill development.Has ideally 0-1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting.Is confident using small hand and power tools safely.Can read and interpret drawings and bills of material effectively.Has basic computer skills.Can understand written and verbal instructions in English.Physical demands of this role include :
Classification : Medium - Heavy Physical Demand Level (PDL).Occasional lifting of up to 75 pounds with assistance; frequent lifting up to 40 pounds; and occasional carrying of up to 40 pounds for short distances.Continuous standing and walking; frequent bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, and lifting.Engaging in continuous gripping, manipulation, and frequent use of hand / power tools.Participating in two-person tasks utilizing assistive devices for heavy lifting and moving items.What we offer :
