Sales Coordinator For Business Support, Sales Vita Europe

We are seeking an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting sales, ensuring smooth communication between departments such as customer service, sales and marketing. You will work closely with Key Account Managers (KAM), and help in implementing tailored campaigns and price lists.

Some of your main responsibilities will include :

  • Tailoring campaigns to individual customers
  • Collaborate with customer service for effective coordination of campaigns and deliveries
  • Maintenance of Sales product data towards customers, which include introduction of novelties, delisted items, price change and assortment monitoring
  • Maintenance of Sales related customer master data
  • Product enrichment towards customers, including product images to online partners, and proofread customer publications.
  • Creation of new price lists and customer specific pricelists
  • Ad-hoc sales support to KAM
  • Campaign billing on sales out of store
  • Customer interaction and serve as point of contact to customers, addressing inquiries, following up on orders

You are independent, proactive, and have a natural ability to collaborate across teams and departments. You have experience balancing multiple tasks and deadlines while delivering high-quality work.

We are looking for a person who can relate to the following :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales support or coordinator role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially excel and CRM software
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong language skills in English, both written and oral
  • Holistic and pragmatic attitude
  • Experience in working in BW, click view and Tableau
