A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support the HR department with administrative recruiting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule interviews and manage candidate assessments using Workday Recruiting
Maintain various systems and spreadsheets related to the recruitment process
Coordinate new hire orientations and communication with candidates and hiring managers
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
2+ years of experience in recruiting or a related discipline, preferably in a law firm or legal environment
Working knowledge of applicant tracking and onboarding systems, including Workday Recruiting
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word
Ability to maintain regular attendance and work beyond standard hours as needed
