Jacobs Project Management Company is seeking a Project Control Analyst to work in San Francisco, CA and various unanticipated worksites in the US.
In this role, you will :
- Lead the development of an overall harmonized reporting structure and reporting tools which may include weekly, monthly and quarterly reports. Manage the development, compilation, and production of program report(s) methodologies and templates.
- Lead the selection, development, and institutionalization of reporting management system, including the application of the appropriate user interfaces through dashboards.
- Develop the Program Key Performance Indicators in coordination with program functions.
- Lead the effort to identify opportunities to increase transparency, accuracy and timeliness of progress reporting in conjunction with program and project‑level teams.
- Liaise with cross‑functional work‑stream leads—Planning / scheduling, cost control, workplan, business finance and risk management and any other work streams (internal and external) providing information.
- Manage the report(s)’ review process which includes several internal and external stakeholders.
- Advise the program leadership and project liaisons to take specific actions to effectively implement and manage reporting.
- Report to management on variances from the established reporting norms and the reasons for those variances.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
- Attend client program meetings as needed.

Requirements
This position requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering or related field and 5 years of work experience in the job offered or related occupation.In lieu of the above, employer will accept a Bachelor degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering or related field and 7 years of work experience in the job offered or related occupation.Specific Skills
Data Visualization – Expertise in tools like Power BI or Tableau to create clear and compelling visualizations.SQL and ETL process – Proficiency for querying databases and manipulating data.Oracle Unifier – Proficiency in Oracle Unifier for project controls, cost management and automating workflows in Unifier.SAP B / W, Analysis for Office – Familiarity with setting up SAP AO reports, ability to extract and manipulate data from SAP BW or SAP HANA within Excel and create dynamic, interactive reports.MS Office Suite / Visio (Advanced MS Excel – Power Query, Lookups, Pivot table).MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) – Proficiency with Power Automate and Power Apps in conjunction with Power BI to create automated dynamic and interactive dashboards.Data analytics – Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends and draw actionable insights.Project Controls – Understanding project controls processes and principles such as Earned Value Management, WBS.Business Finance – Experience with budgeting, financial forecasting and variance analysis.Construction Project / Program Management – Capability to manage reporting projects, timelines and stakeholders effectively.Change Management.Time Management / Organization skills.Problem Solving and strategic thinking – Ability to tackle complex business questions and translate them into data‑driven solutions.Developing KPIs to measure performance – Ability to collaborate with leadership and cross‑functional groups and relevant stakeholders to develop complex KPIs that align with business goals.Trend Analysis – Ability to detect patterns and make forecasts based on historical data.Benefits

Salary
The base salary range for this position is $155,667.00 to $187,150.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
