Accounts Payable Analyst

Accounts Payable Analyst Responsibilities :

Manage full-cycle accounts payable functions, including invoice processing and payments

Execute 3-way matching of purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documentation

Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies

Support the month-end close process and AP reporting activities

Partner cross-functionally with procurement and internal teams to optimize workflows

Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit standards

Accounts Payable Analyst Requirements :

3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable

Must be proficient in Oracle

Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities

Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset

Must reside in the Chicago area and be open to on-site 5 days a week.
