Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead life sciences, pharmaceutical, and biotech construction projects in the Southern California area.. This role requires expertise in complex, technical facilities, including labs, research centers, and manufacturing spaces, ensuring they meet strict safety, regulatory, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing ground-up and renovation projects for the life sciences sector, coordinating MEP-intensive environments, and leading teams in fast-paced, high-stakes construction.
