• 7 : 30am - 4pm shift for 13 weeks
• 10 visits per day
• Primarily outpatient with occasional inpatient flexibility
• BLS certification required
• General orthopedic, neurological, and disability experience needed
• One year experience required
• Client allows one call-off per two weeks
