The Crafting Lucchese internship program, Marketing Intern – Social Media position, offers a unique opportunity to explore social media and content creation, gaining hands-on experience. As part of the Marketing and Digital Department, you will work collaboratively across teams to contribute to projects that elevate Lucchese’s presence, reputation, and impact.

Scope of Role:
As a Marketing Intern – Social Media, you will join the Marketing & Digital team and work closely with our Social and Community teams to support daily social efforts while learning how long-term strategy is developed and executed.

Role Overview

The Social Media Intern will support Lucchese’s social channels by assisting with execution, community engagement, and performance tracking, while shadowing the broader social media strategy. This role is designed to provide foundational experience in how a premium brand shows up online, builds community, and creates culturally relevant moments across platforms. This internship offers exposure to content planning, platform best practices, influencer and community interaction, and cross-functional collaboration—preparing you for a career in social, digital marketing, or brand management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Social Media & Community Support:

• Assist with day-to-day social media execution across Lucchese platforms.

• Support community management efforts, including monitoring comments, messages, and brand mentions.

• Help ensure brand voice, tone, and visual standards are consistently upheld across social channels.

• Shadow the development and execution of Lucchese’s overall social media strategy.

1. Planning, Performance & Insights

• Track social media engagement and performance to identify high-performing content and trends.

• Assist in compiling reports and insights to support ongoing social strategy optimization.

• Research platform updates, social trends, and cultural moments relevant to the brand.

1. Content Creation: Graphic, Photo & Video:

• Support the full content lifecycle from creative brief to publication across social platforms.

• Assist in coordinating graphic, photo, and video assets in partnership with the Creative team.

• Help translate campaign briefs and social strategy into platform-appropriate content needs.

• Participate in content reviews to ensure assets align with brand standards, voice, and visual identity.

• Support publishing workflows, including asset organization, caption development, and scheduling.

1. Influencer & Campaign Support:

• Assist with social-first campaigns and influencer initiatives from a social media perspective.

• Support outreach, coordination, and content tracking related to social partnerships.

• Help identify emerging creators and community voices aligned with the Lucchese brand.

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Strong interest in social media, digital culture, and community-building.

• Passion for luxury, fashion, and the Western lifestyle.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with social platforms, analytics tools, or scheduling platforms is a plus.

Education:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

• Up to 10% travel may be required.
