Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Clinical Data Managers and operations staff while overseeing workload and performance management

Provide oversight of end-to-end data management activities across multiple studies, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data management workflows with study goals and drive process improvements

Required Qualifications

8-12 years of clinical data management experience, including leadership of complex studies

Proven experience managing data teams and ensuring high-quality delivery in fast-paced environments

Deep expertise in EDC systems, CDISC standards, and regulatory requirements

Strong organizational and analytical skills with a focus on data integrity and operational excellence

Able to operate strategically while maintaining hands-on involvement in problem-solving
