Independent, physician-led and owned, democratic group, looking for part-time and full-time, BE / BC Emergency Medicine physicians to join our group.

• We staff 5 emergency departments in Mendocino, Lake, and Napa Counties
• We serve mostly rural communities and our sites tend to be high acuity.
• We care for a diverse, underserved, rural patient population, some traveling several hours to reach an emergency department.
• Our group is mission-driven with strong ties to the local community.
• Cerner (Epic in a couple years)
• 8-12 hour shifts depending on site with one site with 24 hour shifts.

Compensation is competitive :

PLUS Approx $50 / hr in benefits for FT employees / partners

PLUS Major holiday incentive pay

with hospital administration and were currently looking for new partners due to the expansion of sites in recent years.
