What You'll Do :

  • Lead by example, living our Paw Print core values every day
  • Partner with the Store Team Leader to train, coach, and develop team members
  • Drive performance in neighbor engagement, sales, and overall store operations
  • Accurately complete reports, paperwork, and POS transactions
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment, ensuring animals are well cared for and policies are followed
  • Support community engagement by building partnerships with local rescue groups and charities
  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Genuine passion for pets with interest in pet care and nutrition
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with attention to detail
  • 2+ years of retail experience in a leadership role
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Ability to safely operate all store equipment (including forklift)
