Role Overview

We’re looking for an energetic, driven Field Sales Representative who thrives on making connections and enjoys being out in the field. This is a door-to-door sales position, not a desk job. You’ll be walking local neighborhoods, knocking on doors, and introducing homeowners to how Heels Homes can help them sell their property quickly and hassle-free.

What You’ll Do

Knock doors daily in assigned neighborhoods to generate new homeowner leads

Engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversation about selling their property

Build trust and educate homeowners on Heels Homes’ home-buying solutions

Set appointments for the Acquisitions team and track all activity in the CRM

Follow company scripts and training systems to consistently improve results

Represent Heels Homes with professionalism, positivity, and integrity in the field
