Key Responsibilities
Develop trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders in defined accounts
Establish a metrics framework to measure business value and encourage best practice adoption
Advocate for the account within the company, managing escalations and coordinating actions
Required Qualifications
BA / BS Degree or equivalent business experience
10+ years of relevant work experience, including 5+ years in Client Success management or consulting
Strong knowledge of business processes and business applications
Proven results in driving customer satisfaction and revenue
Ability to prioritize and perform effectively under pressure
