Position Overview

Minno is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our growing Brand and Creative Strategy team. This role will provide critical operational, administrative, and logistical support to ensure that the marketing team runs smoothly and efficiently.

The Marketing Coordinator will handle day-to-day operations such as creative asset management, expense and budget tracking, swag and event logistics, and scheduling support for the CMO & Head of Brand. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and excited to contribute to both the administrative and creative sides of marketing.

This role is designed for someone early in their career who is eager to grow into a marketing generalist position while ensuring excellence in execution today. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are comfortable "ordering the sandwiches" as well as helping manage big projects, and are passionate about Minno's mission to help families experience Jesus every day, we'd love to hear from you!
