General Overview

Pay : Competitive Pay starting at $45 / hour + lucretive bonus program!

Schedule : Full Time, Mondays & Wednesdays 8am-4pm, Tuesdays & Thursdays 7am-4pm and 1 Fri / month 8am-12pm

Sign on bonus : $5,000 sign on bonus, paid after 60 days

What are the must haves to join the team?

    • our diverse patient base.

  • A degree or certificate in hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license.
  • CPR certification.
  • Certification in local anesthesia administration.

    Responsibilities

    As a Dental Hygienist , you will identify opportunities to discuss oral health hygiene of our patients as it relates to the mouth-body connection, including :

  • Review and update dental x-rays and chart notes while maintaining dental equipment and x-ray machine.
  • Record detailed narratives and probing depths for claims.
  • Ensure OSHA / HIPAA compliance.
  • Sterilize and maintain dental supplies.
  • Successfully complete Scaling and Root Planning and / or Prophylaxis.
  • Excel with placing fluoride varnish and sealants.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for both patient and team relations.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and the team.

    • Qualifications

  • Current Certification from an accredited Hygiene Program.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Demonstrates leadership and strong communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
