Key Qualifications
- Basic experience operating industrial or scientific instrumentation (color metrology experience preferred but not required).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to lab workflows and cleanliness.
- Proficient in data entry, analysis, and report creation using standard office tools.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative environment with scientists and engineers.
- Demonstrated ability to follow protocols and meet tight timelines with precision.
Color Measurement & Analysis
- Operate and maintain color measurement instruments, including spectrophotometers and gloss meters.
- Conduct instrumental measurements and follow established procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with engineers and scientists to compare numerical color data with visual assessments, aiding in interpretation and decision-making.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient lab workspace.
- Ensure regular instrument calibration and upkeep.
- Track inventory and assist with procurement of lab supplies and equipment.
- Systematically store and manage measurement data using internal databases, templates or software tools.
- Generate technical reports and data summaries based on measured results.
- Troubleshoot data anomalies and support efforts to improve measurement processes.
