Nurse Practitioner Float

Access Health Louisiana (AHL) one of the state's largest networks of Federally Qualified Health Centers is looking for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner-Float to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to communities that need it most. Must be willing to work in multiple sites. Full time, 4 day work week position

What You'll Do :

• Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
• Work closely with clinical staff, behavioral health staff, and care coordinators to promote whole-person care.
• Serve with dignity and compassion in high-need, underserved communities.
