Responsibilities :
- Direct and manage all aspects of the organization's accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conduct detailed financial analyses to support decision-making and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Oversee treasury management activities, including cash flow monitoring and investment strategies.
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, providing insights into company performance.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve financial controls and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to create and execute strategic financial plans.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering growth and team development.
- Ensure timely completion of audits and coordinate with external auditors as needed.
- Monitor and manage the organization’s budgeting process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to maintain compliance and advise on financial strategies.
- Proven experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
- Proficiency in conducting financial analysis and interpreting complex data.
- Demonstrated ability to manage treasury functions, including cash flow and investments.
- Excellent knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and develop staff.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
