Responsibilities :

• Direct and manage all aspects of the organization's accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Conduct detailed financial analyses to support decision-making and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Oversee treasury management activities, including cash flow monitoring and investment strategies.
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, providing insights into company performance.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve financial controls and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to create and execute strategic financial plans.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering growth and team development.
• Ensure timely completion of audits and coordinate with external auditors as needed.
• Monitor and manage the organization’s budgeting process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to maintain compliance and advise on financial strategies.
• Proven experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
• Proficiency in conducting financial analysis and interpreting complex data.
• Demonstrated ability to manage treasury functions, including cash flow and investments.
• Excellent knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and develop staff.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
