Job Title

SwiftSKU is a YC-backed technology startup transforming the $650B convenience retail industry. We power over 3,000+ gas stations and convenience stores across the U.S. with tools that simplify operations and drive profitability. Our back-office platform handles reporting, analytics, and price book management while also automating scan data rebates for major CPG brands like Altria, RJR, and many more.

Qualifications

We're looking for a motivated Account Executive to join our office in Manhattan who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate should have :

  • Proven success managing full-cycle sales from prospecting to close
  • Consistent achievement of 6-figure annual sales quotas or higher
  • Experience conducting outbound prospecting, leading demos, and closing multi-decision-maker deals
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience selling to both small business owners and enterprise clients
  • Ability to manage a robust pipeline and forecast accurately in a CRM
  • A proactive, competitive mindset with a drive to exceed goals and grow within the organization

Requirements

25 years of full-cycle sales experience with a strong track record of hitting or exceeding quota

Experience selling to small business and enterprise-level clients

Highly organized, motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment

Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship management skills

Willingness to work on-site, 5 days a week in our Manhattan, NYC office
