SEG Systems is an in-house manufacturer that designs, engineers, and builds custom light boxes and retail displays for some of the biggest brands in retail, sports, corporations, trade show exhibitors, and events to visually communicate in a powerful way.

Position Summary :
The Sales Manager – (SM) is responsible for new sales conversion efforts of his or her team to generate enhanced revenue and improved margins in all markets nationwide. Further, they will be responsible for increasing the share of wallet of existing clients, and the retention of the client base. As the key focus is new sales conversion growth, this position will be responsible for training the sales team, developing their capabilities, aggressively monitoring sales leads, funnel development, and the reporting of performance results utilizing NetSuite CRM. The SM will also collaborate with others in the creation of sales tools and collateral, and will serve as the corporate sponsor for large sales opportunities. Bonus potential to be discussed during interview process.
In addition, the SM will qualify leads and effectively distribute them to the field. A full understanding of brands, price points and our competitive position will enable higher success in converting new sales. Further responsibilities will include weekly meetings to review objectives / performance results with direct reports and frequent reporting to leadership. Current annual revenue of approximately $40M is projected for a minimum of 15% growth in sales revenue per fiscal year. The position will oversee a maximum of 10 direct reports. Primary interaction will be with Sales Operations.
