🕒  Position Details :

Full-Time Flex : 72 hours per pay period

• Some Flexibility

12-hour shifts  available on  Day, Evening, and Overnight

Work across multiple units, gaining diverse experience and building strong clinical versatility

Requirement :

BSN required  or a dedication to acquire one within  three years of hire

Minimum of  2 years of Med / Surgical RN experience  in an acute care / hospital setting

BLS certification required

Hourly Pay Range : $41.28 - $66.05 This pay rate / range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
