As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and maintain the high standards that our customers expect.

We are looking for a seasoned Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our high-volume gastro lounge. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing upscale, high-traffic dining establishments and will be passionate about providing top-notch customer service, fostering a positive team environment, and driving business success.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service, managing and leading a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation, developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability, handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and tact, monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular staff training and performance evaluations, collaborating with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and activities, and managing the restaurant's budget, including labor costs, food costs, and other operational expenses.

Qualifications include a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume environment, strong leadership and team management skills, excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in restaurant management software, strong organizational and multitasking skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations, knowledge of health and safety regulations, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
