Chief Information Security Officer

A company is looking for a Chief Information Security Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance the overall information security program, focusing on engineering, threat management, and compliance

Manage incident response programs and oversee information governance activities, including audits and risk assessments

Lead and mentor a team of IT and security professionals, managing departmental budgets and training initiatives

Required Qualifications

8+ years of technical security experience, with 4+ years in leadership roles

Experience with global, cross-functional teams and leading security compliance projects

Knowledge of security standards and frameworks such as NYDFS, GDPR, and NIST CSF

BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Security, or a related field

Hands-on experience with endpoint security management and securing remote work environments
