Customer Operations Support

Customer Service is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution. The Representative II, Customer Service Operations is responsible for providing services to customers by acting as a liaison in problem-solving, research and order problem / dispute resolution.

Responsibilities :

• Offer professional and timely service as a representative of Cardinal Health at-Home
• Support an inbound call queue, providing assistance in placing orders, searching products, processing returns, responding to order inquiries, providing delivery updates, and answering questions
• Provide problem resolution for order issues in a timely manner

Anticipated hourly range : $15.70 per hour to $22.50 per hour
