To be considered for this position you must have a minimum one year (1) of recent retail sales experience meeting KPIs and goals.

Location : Kissimmee

Salary : $16.00 per hour

Shifts : Nights, Weekends, and Holidays (Required)

Must be 18 years old.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist customers with a warm, welcoming attitude.
• Educate customers on the benefits of our natural products.
• Provide personalized product recommendations.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
• Participate in community outreach and events to promote our brand.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive approach.
• Nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Job Type : Part-time

Pay : $16.00 per hour

Qualifications :

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

A passion for natural beauty and wellness products.

Previous retail or customer service experience is required.

You must be a minimum of 18 years old.

A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
