TempExperts is looking for an Office Manager to join a growing construction firm where your organizational and communication skills will help keep projects and operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both office and field teams.

Responsibilities :

• Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, scheduling, correspondence, and document organization.
• Maintain and organize project files, contracts, permits, change orders, insurance certificates, and compliance documentation.
• Assist with timesheets, expense tracking, and W-2 documentation as needed.
• Support project bidding by contacting subcontractors and assisting with proposal preparation.
• Coordinate subcontractor and vendor communications to ensure timely submissions and accurate records.
• Help coordinate materials, deliveries, and project logistics as directed.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment; handle ordering as needed.
• Ensure permits, insurance, and compliance documents are current and properly filed.
• Uphold company standards for professionalism, organization, and customer service.
• Provide general administrative support to management, employees, and project stakeholders.
