Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a supportive school environment located in San Francisco, CA. As an essential member of the educational team, you will work closely with students to implement behavior intervention plans designed to improve social, communication, and learning skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect accurate data on student progress and behavior
• Collaborate with school staff and families to ensure consistency and support across environments
• Implement individualized treatment plans focused on increasing positive behaviors and reducing challenging behaviors
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training
