Non-Clinical - Administrative / Patient Navigator Specialist

Position : Spine Patient Navigator-100% onsite

Location : 400 Parnassus Ave, 2nd floor A2300 UCSF Spine Center

Schedule : M-F 0800-1700

Duration : 18 weeks

• Candidates must have : experience running outpatient clinics where they support patients in clinic.

What specific experience, background, and / or qualifications are you looking for in candidates for this position? Experienced administrative health care worker who is experienced with answering and supporting patient phone calls, scheduling appointments, supporting a physician / surgeon in clinic, navigating patients through their care, multitasking, and surgery scheduling experience would be a plus.
