• Night shifts 530 pm - 530 am
• 4 - 16 patients per shift
• ICU setting
• Requires vent management, bronchoscopy, central and arterial lines
• Additional procedures : chest tubes, LP, paracentesis, thoracentesis
• Coverage for permanent position vacancy
• Ongoing coverage potential
