Position Summary : The Restaurant Bartender is responsible for delivering outstanding beverage service to members and guests in our restaurant and lounge settings. This role calls for a passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and a strong foundation in mixology. The Restaurant Bartender plays a key part in creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere, preparing classic and signature cocktails, providing knowledgeable recommendations, and ensuring bar operations run smoothly throughout service hours.

Employment Status : Most new and returning employees are hired under a seasonal employment status. Seasonal employees can typically expect a consistent schedule from approximately April to October each year. At the end of each respective season, employees are encouraged to submit requests to transition to either year-round part-time or full-time status. Approval of these requests will be contingent upon the needs of the Club and the employee's performance track record.

Qualifications :

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience
• Two or more years of experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including key holidays, evenings, and weekends
• Demonstrated strong organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Physical capability to withstand prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, and twisting
• Ability to consistently lift over 50 lbs
• Valid drivers license and a clean criminal record
