As Vice President of Sales for Data Centers, you will shape and execute bold go-to-market strategies that drive growth across hyperscale and multi-tenant data center customers. Your mission : align Eaton's vision with customer priorities, delivering sustainable partnerships and accelerating profitability across North America.
Strategic Sales Leadership + Define and implement high-impact sales strategies for large-scale data center clients.
Team Leadership & Development + Inspire and mentor a high-performing account team, setting clear goals and fostering career growth.
Revenue Growth & Market Expansion + Identify and capture new revenue streams within existing and emerging accounts.
Customer & Industry Engagement + Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate, ensuring customer priorities shape Eaton's roadmap.
Market Intelligence & Innovation + Stay ahead of industry trends, including AI-driven infrastructure and liquid cooling technologies.
Compliance & Governance + Ensure all engagements meet regulatory and corporate standards.
Qualifications and Experience + Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $199,000 - 291,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
