Armed Security Officer
Location : Boca Raton, FL
Pay Rate : $19.00 $21.50 per hour
We are seeking a dedicated, professional Armed Security Officer to lead our security team in Boca Raton. The ideal candidate is experienced, disciplined, and has proven supervisory skills in the security field.
Responsibilities & Duties :
- Supervise and oversee all on-site security personnel
- Ensure team adherence to post orders, procedures, and company policies
- Conduct inspections and provide guidance and training to officers
- Handle incident reports and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain communication with management and clients
- Monitor and enforce safety procedures and emergency response protocols
- Control access and egress
- Monitor CCTV and alarm systems
- Conduct armed foot and / or vehicle patrol
- Ensure proper documentation and shift reporting
Requirements :
You are dependable, detail-oriented, professional, and confident in taking initiative. You lead by example, communicate clearly, and are comfortable managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
