We have a 12 month contract opportunity ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst. This role is fully remote but must work CST business hours.

Location : Warren, Michigan

Job type : Contract

Salary : $60 - 63 per hour

Work hours : 8am to 5pm

Education : Associates

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements to translate them into user stories, acceptance criteria and mock-ups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architecture, IT, security, operations, and other business units, to optimize ServiceNow solutions and ensure the technical integrity of the platform.
• Work closely with the SN Product Managers to support the development of a unified backlog as needed.
• Work closely with the Development Team and test team to optimize performance and quality of delivery.
• Work with the Product Manager in your area to ensure that the story Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the Team will focus on next.
• Ensure the Development Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed.
• Keep up to date with the ServiceNow roadmap for their respective module(s).
• As a Business Analyst in an Agile environment, communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
