This role is essential in modernizing infrastructure, streamlining processes, and safeguarding foundational services that support disaster recovery and continuity.

Major accountabilities :
1. Leads and directs construction efforts statewide to provide efficient reliable power to our customers. 2. Manages exempt professional or non-exempt technical employees (typically entry to intermediate level) 3. Defines short-term goals, priorities, and operational plans to ensure team goals are aligned with the goals and priorities of the organization 4. Adjusts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges 5. Makes decisions guided by policies, procedures and business plans, with limited guidance and oversight from manager 6. Creates and promotes a productive work environment, ensuring that necessary skills and competencies are in place to meet the goals of the unit 7. Coaches team members on performance, completes employee performance evaluations and recommends pay actions 8. Provide technical guidance to employees, colleagues, and / or customers
