Senior Data Analyst - Finance Automation & Analytics

Serve as the technical owner for Alteryx-HANA-Tableau data pipelines and dashboard ecosystem. Design and implement robust Alteryx workflows for scalable, auditable data extraction and transformation. Translate business requirements from Finance, Tax, and Operations into analytics specifications and implement them independently. Monitor upstream SAP S4 changes and adjust solutions accordingly to preserve data integrity. Lead root-cause analyses and implement fixes for data quality or performance issues. Provide inputs and take actions through governance council Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data governance, design, and testing. Drive continuous improvement through automation, documentation, and standardization. Liaise with IT and SAP support teams to align infrastructure and ensure smooth deployments. Development and maintain suitable control mechanisms and analyses to ensure accuracy, Support periodic audits Optimize current solutions and reporting, as well as identify new analytic opportunities Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience 5+ years of experience in analytics, with deep proficiency in Alteryx and Tableau. Demonstrated experience with SAP HANA and S4 data structures. Strong SQL skills and understanding of data warehousing principles. Familiarity with accounting, finance, or tax data flows and concepts. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally. Certifications in Tableau, Alteryx, or SAP. Experience working with Snowflake, Jira, Hyperion Familiarity with automation tools CPA, CIA, or relevant accounting / finance certification. Experience in manufacturing, medical device, or supply chain industries.
