Job Title : Interventional Radiology Technologist

Experience : Minimum of 2 years of Interventional Radiology Tech experience

License : Valid state license required

Certifications : ARRT, BLS

Must-Have :

• Charting experience with EPIC required
• Experience in procedures including but not limited to angiograms, venograms, PICC, port a cath, vertebroplasty, GI bleed, embolization, biliary tube exchange, nephrostomy, IVUS, fistulagram, trans jugular biopsy, IVC filter removal, and thrombectomy for neuro cases

Description :

Locals are accepted with adjustments to the posted rate.

First-time travelers are considered.

The shift schedule is 4x10s from 07 : 00 to 17 : 30, with a day off to be determined.

There is one call day per week every other week.

In addition, there are three additional call days within a 60-day period, two during weekdays and one on a weekend day.

Weekend call occurs every seven to eight weeks, with cases added as needed.

Weekend staff are on call from Friday evening at 17 : 00 until Monday morning at 07 : 00.

There is a potential requirement to float between various locations as needed.

Floating occurs based primarily on staff absenteeism or case volume at a specific location.

ARRT and BLS certifications are required.

A valid state license may be pending upon submission.

Travel experience is highly preferred.

Tattoos and piercings must adhere to specific guidelines.

Associates in direct patient care must have natural fingernails, and polish is acceptable.

A refrigerator and microwave are provided on-site.

Scrubs / apparel should not have any agency or brand logos.

Compliance with COVID-19 vaccine requirements is mandatory, with exemptions only for medical or religious reasons.

Flu vaccines are required but specific policies may vary.

Expected to be available to work some holidays.

References from supervisors are required.

Modules may be assigned as part of the contract, and completion may vary by specialty.

Travelers should be prepared for possible floating within scope.
