About this Role – Artificial Intelligence (AI) Program Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative AI Program Manager who has a passion for quality construction. This position is responsible for leading the development and integration of artificial intelligence solutions that enhance operational efficiency across our utility and construction services. This role will focus on identifying opportunities for automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent decision-making to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.

What You’ll Do

• AI Strategy & Implementation
• Develop and execute AI strategies aligned with business goals
• Identify operational inefficiencies and propose AI-driven solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into existing systems
• Model Development & Deployment
• Design, train, and deploy machine learning models for predictive maintenance, scheduling, and resource optimization
• Utilize NLP, computer vision, and generative AI tools to automate inspections, reporting, and documentation
• Data Management & Analysis
• Work with large datasets from field operations, sensors, and ERP systems
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with industry standards
• Technology Leadership
• Evaluate and implement AI platforms (e.g., Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI)
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and trends relevant to the utility and construction sectors
• Training & Change Management
• Educate internal teams on AI capabilities and best practices
• Support change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of AI tools
