Job Description

• Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to analyze project requirements.
• Research and source materials, subcontractors, and labor costs to ensure competitive pricing.
• Review blueprints, specifications, and project documents to prepare comprehensive estimates.
• Monitor and update cost databases to reflect current market trends.
• Present and explain cost estimates to stakeholders and provide recommendations.
• Assist in negotiating contracts and securing vendor agreements.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations throughout the estimation process.
