Quality Assurance Manager - Casualty

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Team Manager- Casualty.

Key Responsibilities

Review and validate audit findings to ensure accuracy and timely completion

Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to team members while leading recruitment and professional development initiatives

Facilitate meetings to align on goals and present audit results to senior leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience preferred

Minimum 7 years of claims handling experience in multiple disciplines, including Casualty required

Advanced knowledge of insurance policies and regulatory requirements preferred

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop talent
