• Assist Systems Analysts and Business Analysts by collecting information through interviews and draft documents Compile data collected into policy, procedural, or technical documents
• Collect revision requests and perform revisions on existing documentation Develop flow, ladder, and other types of Visio diagrams Establish format requirements for various types of documentation Create templates

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Expert in MS Word, Visio, and Adobe Acrobat Knowledge and experience with SharePoint beneficial
• Excellent communications skills, both oral and written Strong organizational skills Organized;
• able to track and meet multiple deadlines Able to interpret and understand technical subject matter Ability to work well with subject matter experts to gather information for documents
