As a Security Officer - Logistics Patrol Team Lead in Ontario, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with visitors and staff, and contribute to a welcoming environment. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols around the logistics and distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns. Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related incidents to Allied Universal management and / or site leadership. Assist visitors, contractors, and employees with access control procedures in accordance with site policies. Utilize communication devices to report incidents, request assistance, and maintain contact with Allied Universal management as required. Support emergency response efforts by guiding occupants and coordinating with first responders during incidents. Maintain a visible presence throughout the logistics and distribution environment to help to deter potential threats and promote a secure atmosphere. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
