This facility is seeking a Vascular Anesthesiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity :

• Call & requirements : Monday-Friday : 7a-5p; Call daily : 5p-7a and 24hr weekend call
• 2 Locums are needed
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) : Cerner
• Certifications required : Board Certified
• Active Arizona License or Interstate Medical License Letter of Qualification (IMLC LOQ)
