Project Communication Intern - Summer 2026

As a Project Communication Intern, you will learn practical on-the-job experience serving our Communications team, spending the majority of your time assisting external communication and community outreach efforts. This internship opportunity is for the 2026 Summer season.

What You Will Be Doing :

• Perform a variety of duties related to creating, organizing, and editing content for marketing efforts.
• Serve as the liaison between the project team and the community on one or multiple projects.
• Attend weekly meetings with the project team and perform general clerical duties.
• Create project materials such as newsletters, project updates, notices, maps, and social media posts.
• Manage resident phone and email hotline.
• Assist with setup and cleanup of construction related events and meetings.
• Other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking for :

Each year we look for variety of experience, education, and ability for our student intern pool. Some positions may be filled with students who have experience depending on the level of complexity a project or client may require. Preference may be given to students who have completed a previous internship with Bolton & Menk.

Relocation and housing are not included.

Bolton & Menk will currently not be providing visa sponsorship or Optional Practical Training Extensions for STEM Students. Individuals must be legally authorized to work in the US at the start of employment without a need for current or future visa sponsorship.
