Responsibilities

  • Follow a RN written plan of care
  • Medication reminders
  • Dressing, bathing, Toileting
  • Keep patient safe and clean
  • Light housekeeping
  • Prepare meals
  • Report any changes of client condition to office

Qualifications

  • Must have a HHA / PCA certificate
  • Must have a completed physical
  • Provide references
  • US Citizen or Green Card Holder / Working permit

    • Language : English , Hindi , Malayalam, Urdu , Spanish and Creole

    Job Types : Full-time, Part-time

    Schedule :

  • 10 hour shift
  • 12 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends

    • Work Location :

  • Multiple locations ( QUEENS , NASSAU AND SUFFOLK)
