Skilled Nurse Education Coordinator to support with managing regulatory oversight, compliance, program reviews, and licensure activities across the nursing programs within their state. This role will play a critical supporting role in academic program compliance, annual reporting, and research-based tasks that help ensure quality and regulatory alignment across all state nursing programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development, review, and analysis of annual reports for nursing programsServe as a subject-matter expert (SME) in nursing education, with willingness to learn state-specific requirements.Ensure all required compliance elements are accurate, complete, and aligned with regulatory expectations.Communicate results and findings clearly to leadership and stakeholders.Provide administrative and regulatory support related to undergraduate and master’s-level nursing programs.Support scheduled site survey preparation, including simulation labs and curriculum documentationAssist in reviewing licensure applications for out-of-state program approvals.Contribute to advisory rulings and interpretation of regulatory guidance.Assist coordinators with research activities, such as : documentation of communications with programs and investigating questions submitted.Conduct data analysis using Word, Excel, and internal licensure databases.Help minimize existing backlog in data and program materials.Contribute to workshops and educational outreach efforts, as needed.Provide informed input on program trends, NCLEX pass rates, and compliance risks.Qualifications
Master’s degree (nursing or related discipline).Experience in nursing academia (e.g., faculty, program administrator).Prior administrative or leadership experience within a nursing program.Demonstrated regulatory experience in nursing education or program compliance.Strong research skills and ability to analyze program and licensure data.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; comfortable navigating internal databases.Excellent communication skills—able to present findings clearly and professionally.Qualifications\n\n-Master’s degree (nursing or related discipline).\n\n-MA RN License \n\n-Experience in nursing academia (e.g., faculty, program administrator).\n\n -Prior administrative or leadership experience within a nursing program.\n\n-Demonstrated regulatory experience in nursing education or program compliance.\n\n-Strong research skills and ability to analyze program and licensure data.\n\n-Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; comfortable navigating internal databases.\n\n-Excellent communication skills—able to present findings clearly and professionally.
