Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual looking for a role where you can truly make a difference As a Home Care Worker with UPA you will support our clients to remain independent in their own homes and stay connected to their local community.

UPA Home Care helps older people live independently by providing in-home services that meet their individual while promoting wellness choice and quality of life. We are a not-for-profit provider committed to delivering safe effective and person-centred care. We take pride in being local and enriching the communities we serve. We strive to ensure that our team go home at the end of the day as happy and healthy as they arrived.

We currently have multiple Part- time opportunities to join our MurrayRegion team based in Holbrook .

About the role

In this role youll provide individualised flexible and high-quality care to people in the community helping them maintain their independence and live well in their own homes. Your person-centred focus and attention to detail will assist us in recognising and responding to client needs as they evolve. Duties will include but not limited to :

• Assisting in the provision of individualised care using a person-centred approach as per the client care plan.
• Provide independence services such as showering medications transport or respite care.
• Provide everyday living services such as domestic assistance gardening shopping or meal preparation.
• Prompt and detailed reporting of client services.
• Recognising and reporting of client risk via our incident management system.
