Position Summary :

The Quality Control Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing product standards at Satellite Suites. This position is responsible for conducting detailed inspections, enforcing quality assurance protocols, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues. The role requires a strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough testing and inspections of products.
• Identify and address any quality issues promptly.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain detailed records of quality tests and inspections.
• Provide training to staff on quality control processes and improvements.
• Communicate and trouble shoot with team members about quality.
• Prepare reports and present findings for management.
• Help with additional cost-saving projects.
