We are seeking a Director of Clinical Quality and Compliance to lead quality assurance and compliance efforts across our ABA program. This role ensures services align with BACB ethics, Medicaid / private insurance requirements, and state regulations, while driving continuous improvement and supporting clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee compliance with BACB standards, HIPAA, Medicaid, and insurance requirements
Conduct audits of treatment plans, notes, and data collection
Lead quality improvement initiatives and track client outcomes
Oversee the development and implementation of new hire clinical training
Provide ongoing training and support for BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs
Manage incident reviews, grievances, and risk mitigation strategies
Collaborate with leadership to align compliance and quality goals
Qualifications
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
BCBA or BCBA-D certification required
7+ years of experience in ABA leadership, compliance, or quality assurance
Strong knowledge of ABA best practices, Medicaid, and payer regulations
Proven ability to lead audits, quality programs, and staff training
