Key Responsibilities
Resolve user-reported issues through various communication channels such as phone, email, or Slack
Escalate complex problems to senior support staff as necessary
Maintain accurate and detailed communication through the Jira ticketing system
Required Qualifications
EDUCATION : BA / BS degree in Technology, Engineering or similar preferred but not required
EXPERIENCE : 0 - 1 years of experience in IT Support or customer service roles
Operating System Knowledge : Proficient in Windows, Mac, Linux, and iOS
Must be fluent in English and Spanish
Ability to recognize phishing attempts and enforce security protocols
